Highway Truck Stops

I thought that the reading about the truck stop was very visual. The author was able to create a mental picture of what was going on throughout each aspect of the essay. It was interesting how out of place he felt and also how he felt as though everyone noticed he didnt belong. The author used good diologue to portray the events that took place while he was observing the area. I never knew that I could learn so much about truckers and a truck stop just from reading an essay from someone who spent a whole day there.
